We are seeking a full-time Pastoral Associate to collaborate closely with the Pastor, Director of Music and others to support the spiritual life of the parish by ensuring every celebration of the Mass and sacraments is reverent with well-coordinated liturgies.  In addition, you will be the focal point and consistent, empathetic guide for families seeking Baptisms, Weddings, and Funerals. Qualified candidates must be an active member of the Catholic Church in good standing.  A degree in theology, liturgical studies or related subject, or 2 years parish liturgy experience is preferred.  A proven ability to provide caring service to others plus excellent multi-tasking, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are required.  You will need to work on Sundays, holy days, and some evenings. We are seeking a full-time Registrar with 5+ years’ experience in senior administrative roles. The position requires maintaining accurate parish records with database management including executing and writing queries/reports. You will also be responsible for scheduling rooms with awareness of pre- and post-meeting schedule considerations. Being a team player, you will provide teammate support as needed, e.g., phone backup. Bring your positivity, service-orientation, and people skills to enrich our strong administrative team. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, mail merge, and Outlook.
